BIOGRAPHY

Michelle is the immediate past-State President and has held several positions with CAMP. Prior to her term as State President, Michelle served two years as Vice President Government Affairs advocating for housing reform in Washington DC and in Sacramento. This is her third term on the executive board and she has served previously on the San Francisco Peninsula board, 2 years as Chapter President. Prior to coming to Prospect Mortgage, Michelle was the Broker of Record for Partners Mortgage. She has been a loan originator for over 24 years.

Michelle has also participated for the last 7 years with SAMCAR (San Mateo County Association of Realtors) for Realtor Service Volunteer Program (RSVP) assisting senior citizens in San Mateo County with working on home improvements and safety enhancements. She currently serves as the Government Affairs Committee Chair for SAMCAR. She Licensed Mortgage Broker in California and holds the following certifications: Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Licensed Life Insurance Agent, Certified Mortgage Advisor and a member of the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMB).

Michelle is also a devoted breast cancer advocate, completing the AVON Breast Cancer Walk four times, and promoting the grassroots program Young Women & Breast Cancer (YWBC) Awareness. She has also competed in Leukemia, Lymphoma Society through Team in Training for the past 3 years in the San Diego Rock 'n Roll Marathon and half marathon (twice for the half marathon and 1 full marathon). She is usually the first person to sign up for an event that brings awareness to cancer and for cancer research.
