• Confirmation and Fulfillment: After the purchase of an event sponsorship, an email confirmation will be sent to the purchaser, detailing the sponsorship level, benefits, and next steps. • Delivery Timeline: Sponsorship entitlements, such as logo placement and promotional mentions, will be fulfilled according to the timelines stated in the event’s promotional materials.

5. Payment and Security

• Payment Processing: All payments made through CAMP’s website are processed securely via an approved and PCI-compliant payment gateway. CAMP ensures that payment information is handled with the highest level of security and in compliance with credit card merchant requirements.
