Mark Van Dellen

Mark is Sales Director at CALCAP Financial. Mark has been responsible for all phases of the firm’s sales growth since 2009. Mark has been involved in new transaction originations and structure of every loan since 2009. Additionally, Mark is responsible for the Sales and Marketing platforms at the firm. A graduate of The University of Southern California Sol Price School of Policy, with a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Mark’s perspective is identifying national, regional and local trends that can affect both real estate investors and private lenders. Mark is currently a mentor with career services at USC’s Sol Price School of Policy as well as on the Alumni Board of the Sol Price School of Policy.
