BIOGRAPHY

John Spencer as a Technology Delivery Manager has been with Fannie Mae for the last 9 years serving lender partners as part of the Fannie Mae’s Customer Development Team.  His expertise covers technology integration, product implementation, business process solutions and strategies to maximize the value of Fannie Mae’s tools and business applications.  In addition John also works with lenders to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for delivery to Fannie Mae by supporting the implementation of data standardization and the development and launch of new products, services and Pilots.  Prior to Fannie Mae as part of his 31-year tenure in the mortgage industry, John served in various senior management/program/division management positions at large national banks and mortgage product companies.  These also included strategic planning, call center management, Information Technology management, new product and business development, training, and marketing.
