Amy Daiker - Community Lending Specialist
Amy Daiker joined Fannie Mae in 2011 and works diligently with non-profits, advocates, lenders, trade associations and government agencies to increase affordable home ownership and stabilize communities. In her current role as a Community Lending Specialist, Amy ensures our partners have the information they need to help homeowners obtain and maintain successful affordable homeownership.
Amy has over 17 years of experience working on affordable housing initiatives and financial literacy education programs within the community. Prior to her work at Fannie Mae, Amy managed the Family Life Education Program at Children Home Society & Family Services where she developed and implemented strategic community outreach programs aimed at housing stabilization, access to credit, and financial literacy. Amy has her Master’s Degree in Human Service from Concordia University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from University of Northern Iowa.
